Your Team Responsibilities

This position is open to candidates based in Monterrey or Mexico City. The Onboarding Senior Associate plays a critical role in supporting the operational needs of prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders across several key functions, including new client onboarding, data management, and the administration of user access within the Private and Total Plan platforms. This role also encompasses project management responsibilities, including coordinating cross‑functional onboarding initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring clear communication among stakeholders throughout the onboarding lifecycle. The position is integral to delivering a seamless client experience while maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and timely execution of client data and onboarding activities.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain client‑specific data within the Private and Total Plan platforms with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring adherence to established methodologies, data governance standards,



and quality controls. Lead and manage onboarding‑related workstreams, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly defined and executed on schedule.
- Provide client support by responding to team‑specific inquiries and service requests, leveraging CRM tools to track, manage, and document interactions effectively. Serve as a point of coordination for onboarding projects, maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders and providing regular status updates.
- Deliver operational support to internal MSCI users, assisting with platform navigation, data issues, and procedural questions to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across functional teams. Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to align resources, resolve blockers, and drive project objectives to completion.
