HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

You will:

Perform Cloud Infrastructure Support activities as part of the Firm’s Technical Infrastructure team.

Improve Infrastructure stability and performance by analyzing patterns, recurringfailuresand/or issues, and advise and drive application owners on permanent fixes.

Manage incidents by effectively troubleshooting issues, knowing what the risk involved in preforming actions
