The General Technology Services group is looking for a Lead AEM Developer / Architect to help enhance our marketing websites and eCommerce platforms. We are seeking an individual with strong technical expertise, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within and across teams.

Responsibilities

As a Lead AEM Developer / Architect, you will provide high quality solutions to meet digital commerce and marketing needs in the implementation, enhancement, and support of features on a cloud-native AEM platform
Translate business requirements into technical architecture, content models, component designs, workflows, integration patterns and AEM as a Cloud Service solutions
Lead architecture and solution design across AEM Sites, Assets, Forms and AEM as a Cloud Service
Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout solution design, development, testing, deployment and production support




Work with the team to manage the transition from the current on-premises AEM platform to AEM as a Cloud Service while maintaining the existing platform until the migration is complete
Help determine when to use traditional AEM Sites, headless AEM, hybrid delivery or Adobe Edge Delivery Services
Review solution designs, pull requests and critical code changes to ensure alignment with architecture and engineering standards
Partner with product and business stakeholders to evaluate scope, feasibility, tradeoffs and delivery options
Partner with engineering managers and technical leads to ensure architecture decisions are understood and consistently implemented
Participate in root-cause analysis for critical incidents and ensure architectural and systemic issues are addressed
Maintain awareness of Adobe's product direction and evaluate when new capabilities can provide meaningful business value
