Responsabilidades

Prepare monthly business performance reports accurately and on time.
Develop and maintain strategic dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
Update SAP master data, Salesforce initiatives, and CQN records.
Support product creation and extension processes, resolving operational bottlenecks.
Coordinate purchase requisitions, suppliers, product samples, and marketing materials.
Create, review, and update technical product datasheets.




Support the preparation and organization of technical and administrative contract documentation.

Requisitos

Professional Experience

Experience participating in projects, academic associations, junior enterprises, volunteer work, or a professional internship.

Note: For internal recruitment or promotion processes, this requirement is not mandatory and may be adjusted based on the candidate’s experience at MSA.

Education

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Higher University Technician degree (TSU) in Automation, Electronic or Mechatronics.

Only the degree programs explicitly listed above are eligible; related fields of study will not be considered.

Languages

Basic English — preferred

Training and Technical Knowledge

Excel training — preferred/optional
Power BI training — preferred/optional
Regardless of formal training, practical knowledge of Excel and Power BI for creating reports and dashboards is required.
