Responsabilidades

Technical Support
PC's and printers troubleshot and maintenance
Internal customer attention
Ticketing System attendance
Keep inventory of all PCs and Printers

Requisitos

Technical skills: repair and maintenance of PCs and printers
Basic Office 265 application skills
Basic English: written and spoken
Soft skills: Good communication with co-workers and internal clients; self-administered and self-organized. Proactive, proposing alternative solutions to basic issues.
