- Being the best choice for the customers of SPA in North LATAM Region achieving our ambitious Targets

2.Functions, Responsibilities and Activities
- Lead the team to execute the business strategy in the different segments within SPA for North LATAM region.
- Increase our market share
- Recommend the best options available for our portfolio to satisfy the customers’ needs.
- Keep permanent and effective communication and collaboration with the Leadership team and the different areas of the Company in Americas.
- Achieve the Targets defined for North LATAM region.
- Work experience in industrial segments or consumer fields (like home care, personal care, paints, plastics, etc.)
- Willingness to travel and visit customers 3–4 days per week within the assigned region, with a primary focus on the Mexico Metropolitan Area and other key industrial areas of the country.
- Technical and /or commercial experience is required.

3.Workplace Safety




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations & standards at the workplace, in transit, and on client visits, participate in training, and immediately report any safety issues and concerns promptly.

IMS Compliance
- Adhere to IMS standards, maintain documentation, and support audits and corrective actions.

ESG Commitment

Contribute to ESG initiatives, ensure environmental compliance, and promote resource efficiency.

4. Education/ Required Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering Etc. Postgraduate Studies will be Plus.

5. Experience:

5+ relevant years in same industry and business within chemical industry or in technical field

6. Knowledge and Skills (technical/behavioral):
- Negotiation
- Identify and understand customer Needs
- Knowledge and Understanding of Color Solutions and applications.
- Knowledge of Color, pigments, Dyes, or chemical products
