Overview
The Warner Bros. Discovery Procurement Global Senior Analyst supports quality assurance and compliance activities to increase accuracy in the source-to-contract process. This role works with the procurement team, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to drive efficiency in the source-to-pay process. The position reports to the Director for Procurement General Process Owner.
Your Role Responsibilities
- Guide the business through the end-to-end source-to-contract process to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with key departments and business units to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Maintain source-to-contract process documentation and ensure it is up to date, with support from the manager.
- Independently address moderately complex requests and tasks with stakeholders.
- Lead small projects and initiatives by coordinating and tracking task completion.
- Support work prioritization and long-term planning activities.
- Contribute to internal process improvement identification and solution planning.




- Document recommendations with alternatives considered for key decisions.
- Support and lead training to Procurement, Business, and cross-functional teams on new or current source-to-contract processes.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal standards, regulations, and internal policies, including identifying and mitigating supplier risks.
- Support the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process and tool.
- Support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
- Collaborate with Global Business Services to communicate process changes, providing timely updates and clear guidance.
- Support the adoption and compliance of new P2P procedures and address questions as they arise.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5 years, preferably in procurement, contract management, or supply chain.
- At least 1–2 years of experience conducting training and comfortable speaking to small to large audien
