We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Mexico City. As HRBP, you will support the Mexican Team Regional in the execution of HR projects and functions, ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with regional goals and integral initiatives. This role is ideal for an HR professional looking to develop their skills within a dynamic, global company environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the local payroll responsible and subject matter expert for Colombia and Peru.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with local labor laws.
- Lead successful integration into the Leap29 global payroll system.
- Monitor and resolve payroll-related issues promptly.
- Drive initiatives to enhance workplace culture and engagement, including Great Place to Work certification.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on HR policies, employee relations, and engagement strategies.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Develop and communicate a clear HR strategy for Colombia and Peru, aligned with PIL’s long‑term goals and regional priorities.
- Act as a key driver for global HR projects, adapting them to local contexts.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on workforce trends and organizational development.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to support recruitment for critical roles in both countries.
