Overview

Technical Project Manager - Senior

Education
- Bachelor's degree, Electronics, computing, industrial, engineer, MBA, etc or equivalent work experience, preferable in a large, international corporate manufacturing environment, process improvement and reengineering experience, excellent English speaker / can understand English well.
- PMI certification is a plus
- APICS, Six Sigma or other certification is a plus

Experience

This role will be responsible for project management of a number of projects in one or more IT portfolios within the IT Integral Business Service team. Projects will range in size and complexity and will focus on specific business areas or functions. Some will involve business process change and IT aspects. Projects may target productivity improvement, cost reduction, total cost of ownership reduction (through improved system architecture) and/or compliance enhancement. Expected to work closely with business stakeholders and become a trusted advisor in technology, solutions development and process improvement execution.



You will work collaboratively & cross-functionally to support successful execution of all approved and agreed projects. You will also be working closely with project management to regularly report progress and status.

Knowledge
- Strong Project management skills with proven results showing ability to influence, work with cross functional teams and pull together disparate resources into a high performing team.
- Excellent systems acumen, preferably with IT and Oracle experience.
- Proven record in identification and delivery of process improvement.
- Experience or exposure to key business functions, preferably in an international or complex business environment.
