Role Summary
The People Opeartions and Onboarding Manager will lead the operational delivery of onboarding and compliance operations, while helping enhance the joiner experience across the firm. This role is both operational and strategic: it requires hands-on understanding of People Operations and onboarding processes, plus the ability to engage with leaders, partner cross-functionally, support transformation initiatives, and coach a broad team. The role also plays an important part in driving operational excellence through process improvement, automation, centralization, and alignment with firmwide strategies and AI initiatives.

The adecuado candidate is a collaborative People Operations leader who can balance operational excellence with strategic stakeholder engagement. They should understand onboarding and employee lifecycle processes, be comfortable working with data and metrics, and have a continuous improvement mindset. They should also be confident partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams, while creating a supportive environment for the team they guide.





Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding compliance and recruitment operations, including key background screening and personal independence requirements.
- Oversee and improve the joiner experience from offer acceptance through day one, including operational components such as offer creation, background checks, and onboarding readiness.
- Drive process improvement, automation, optimization, and centralization efforts across People Operations processes.
- Represent People Operations as a subject matter expert in projects, including technology and transformation initiatives tied to onboarding and operational delivery.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders to ensure effective handoffs, alignment, and service delivery.
