About the Role

As a Supply Chain NPI, you will play a key role in driving supply chain excellence by leading strategic and operational projects across sourcing, supplier development, cost optimization, and new product launches. Your work will directly impact efficiency, cost competitiveness, and supplier performance while supporting Carrier’s long‑term supply chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities




- Execute key elements of supply chain programs, managing scope, timelines, costs, and risks in alignment with business strategy.
- Lead cross‑functional projects related to sourcing, supplier development, quality, engineering, and cost reduction.
- Identify gaps in supply chain processes, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to closure.
- Support sourcing activities by gathering and analyzing raw material pricing from primary and secondary sources.
- Identify opportunities for outsourcing, cost reduction, and supply chain optimization.
- Implement and enforce vendor management guidelines and governance.
- Support planning, procurement, and warehousing processes as required.
- Ensure compliance with import, export, and excise regulations.
- Drive structured project management practices, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and on‑time delivery.
