Work Schedule:
This position is full-time and onsite Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:




As a Tracking Operations Specialist working within Redwood Multimodal(one of our entities),you will be responsible for communicating with motor carriers to track freight, communicate updates and resolve issues during transit in a fast-paced environment. Your efforts will directly impact the Redwood standard of meeting or often exceeding service obligations to our customers, while enabling corresponding Redwood business units to provide best-in-class service to our customers and carrier-partners. You will gain an understanding of daily logistical challenges and demonstrate a commitment to operational excellence by executing based on Redwood’s best-in-class procedures and processes.
How You Make a Difference Everyday:
- Track load life cycle from shipment to delivery with a heavy emphasis on inbound & outbound phone calls, but also utilize electronic means of tracking
- Communicate relevant freight updates to customer and/or internal carrier & operations teams
- Accurately document data entry as it pertains to each unique sc
