Overview
We are partnering with a integral healthcare IT consulting firm — a recognized leader in Epic implementation and support — to build a nearshore delivery hub in Mexico and Costa Rica. The Healthy Planet analyst is a specifically confirmed need for this engagement — a specialized role focused on population health management within Epic. Even a single strong candidate in this area is a standout in the pipeline and will have immediate visibility with the end client.
Must-Haves
- Epic certification or proficiency in Healthy Planet (Epic's population health management module)
- Hands-on experience configuring care gap identification, patient registries, population health dashboards, or quality measures within Epic
- Familiarity with value-based care models, population health strategies, or quality reporting programs
- Strong English proficiency — professional-level verbal and written communication for daily collaboration with US-based teams and hospital clients
- Based in Mexico or Costa Rica, available to work full-time from a secure, on-site office




- Valid US visa or passport — travel to Madison, Wisconsin for Epic certification training is required

Nice to Have
- Experience with HEDIS measures, quality reporting, or regulatory compliance programs
- Background in public health, health informatics, or clinical quality improvement
- Prior experience with Epic analytics tools (Cogito, Reporting Workbench, or SlicerDicer)
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data standards
- Experience working with US-based clients or in a nearshore delivery model
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
