Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle including architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support.
- Design and implement scalable solutions for a modern e-commerce ecosystem.
- Drive technical innovation using AI tools, copilots, automation,



and agentic workflows to improve engineering productivity and quality.
- Provide technical mentorship, coaching, and guidance to engineers across different seniority levels.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Champion engineering best practices such as clean architecture, observability, CI/CD, automated testing, and performance optimization.
- Influence long-term architectural strategy focused on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Lead modernization initiatives, reduce technical debt, and simplify legacy systems.
- Own production reliability, alerting, incident response, and operational excellence.
- Produce technical documentation including system diagrams, technical proposals, onboarding guides, and architecture decisions.
