Job Description
Responsible for transferring and processing the migration of equipment, processes, and new products to ML; preparing quality system documentation and providing engineering support to the entire plant.
Summary Of Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with corporate headquarters for product migration and/or changes
- Participate in supplier development activities
- Establish liaisons with corporate headquarters for the transfer of documentation resulting from the implementation of new products and processes
- Responsible for managing the receipt, coordination,



and execution of engineering changes, and reporting their status as required
- Responsible for managing the receipt, coordination, and response to quotes for new products
- Provide support for the generation, authorization, and control of quality system documents to all company business units
- Receive, manage, and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) across different business units
- Update, manage, and maintain the materials billing system
- Coordinate information regarding configuration, Bills of Material (BOMs), and design directly with corporate headquarters
- Create Bills of Material and routing
- Create operation sequences for new products
- Maintain Bills of Material and uphold the quality system through the implementation of ECOs
- Coordinate activities to develop suppliers of equipment and tools that contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
