Your Contribution

As an International Graduate - Maintenance, you will participate in initiatives focused on improving the efficiency, reliability, and performance of our equipment and manufacturing processes.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Implementing mechanical, electrical, and electronic improvements applicable to plant machinery and equipment.
- Developing improvement projects focused on enhancing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyzing current processes and identifying opportunities for optimization through technical research and evaluation.
- Collaborating with technical teams from other company locations to share knowledge and best practices.
- Participating in maintenance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.




- Applying methodologies such as 5S to contribute to an efficient, safe, and organized work environment.
- Interpreting technical information, engineering drawings, and documentation related to equipment and processes.
- Participating in activities related to safety, occupational health, environmental aspects, emergency response plans, and drills.

Your Profile
- Recently graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional experience is not required; up to 1 year of previous experience is considered desirable.
- Advanced English proficiency (required for interaction with international teams).
- Availability to collaborate with global teams and participate in potential temporary international assignments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project.
