The adecuado candidate will lead and deliver OOB implementations for HAM and SAM, ensuring robust asset lifecycle processes, data quality, integrations with enterprise systems/tools, and compliance‑ready reporting. This role requires strong hands‑on configuration skills, data migration experience, and the ability to build/maintain integrations and automation using ServiceNow best practices.

Job Description

HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
- Implement and configure ServiceNow HAM OOB processes end‑to‑end, including: Procurement intake / ordering alignment, Stockroom setup and inventory operations, Asset allocation / deployment / assignment, Maintenance / refresh, Retirement / disposal
- Configure and manage Stockrooms,



Transfer Orders, inventory movement, asset check‑in/check‑out, and related inventory controls.
- Set up and govern Hardware Models, Model Categories, Manufacturers, and standardization rules.
- Ensure hardware asset records align appropriately with CMDB CIs where applicable (data quality, duplication controls, lifecycle alignment).
- Support operational readiness through runbooks, documentation, and stakeholder training for asset teams.

SAM (Software Asset Management) – OOB Implementation
- Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM OOB capabilities including software model/catalog setup, normalization concepts, entitlement tracking, and license/compliance reporting as applicable.
