The Client Associate role involves taking ownership of selected client accounts while supporting renewals and broader commercial activities across a portfolio. This position is designed to strengthen client relationships, enhance delivery capabilities, and build the skills necessary to progress into a full Client Manager role.

What will you do:
- Own existing client relationships, meet revenue targets, and coordinate between internal departments and the client to ensure customer service and satisfaction
- Participate in structured training programs and initiate self‑driven training on the industry and SE offerings
- Handle client contract renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and support Client Development in cross‑sell opportunities
- Support Client Managers on complex accounts,



providing delivery coordination and backup client support
