and distribution* Monitor and guide warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols* Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards* Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper material rotation (FIFO)* Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate documentation* Perform system transactions in ERP/WMS (e.g., SAP) and maintain accurate records* Communicate effectively with production and supply chain teams to meet operational needs* Assist in identifying process improvements and support implementation* Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety always* Manage IMMEX compliance for import/export processes, including proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to Mexican customs regulations* Accurately performs all requirements / duties in the warehouse area, following the quality policies* Ensuring that all Warehouse Operators Accurately performs all requirements / duties in the warehouse area, following the quality policies* Assists in training and coaching as necessary or required.* Displays the ability to anticipate
