YOUR ROLE
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for leading integral, cross‑functional teams from business award through product launch and end‑of‑life, ensuring the successful delivery of advanced ECU systems that enhance vehicle safety. The role focuses on driving execution excellence, managing risks, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring projects meet timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
Responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end project execution from award to product launch and lifecycle completion.
- Own and champion the overall project plan, including milestones, reviews, and deliverables.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration across Engineering, Quality, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing,
and other stakeholders.
- Proactively manage project risks and issues, including mitigation strategies and escalation when required.
- Ensure effective change management and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage critical path activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring continuous communication and alignment.
- Provide regular project status reporting (KPIs, risks, progress, financials, executive updates).
- Ensure resource planning and staffing are aligned with project needs.
- Manage project financials, including CAPEX planning, tracking, and budget compliance.
- Drive adherence to PMO/program management processes and governance (e.g., gate reviews).
- Promote a "one team" mindset and foster collaboration across regions and functions.
