WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join the BCN Mexico Recruiting team and support campus and lateral hiring for our Expert Client Delivery, Business Services, and Business Function teams.





You’ll partner with the Recruiting Manager to align on priorities and strategy while independently managing recruiting activity across multiple functions. You’ll also work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, candidates, universities, and recruiting colleagues across Bain.

As an experienced member of the team, you’ll use data, market insight, and strong stakeholder relationships to support talent decisions. You’ll also mentor junior colleagues and help strengthen BCN Mexico’s recruiting capabilities as the organization grows.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Independently manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions for campus and lateral roles
- Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Use multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage qualified candidates
- Lead BCN Mexico’s campus recruiting activity, including relationships with universities, career services teams, faculty members, and stu
