As Quality Manager, you will build and lead the quality strategy that ensures world-class products reach our customers safely, reliably, and efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and lead the site quality strategy and Quality Management System to ensure compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
- Establish and optimize process controls for welding, assembly, leak testing, painting,



and final product validation to improve product quality and process capability
- .Build and manage supplier quality programs that drive reliable performance and quality standards across critical component suppliers.
- Lead and coach teams through structured problem-solving methods to eliminate root causes, reduce defects, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Define and monitor quality standards, inspection methods, and calibration systems that support reliable compressor performance and regulatory compliance.

What We're Looking For
- Experience leading quality functions in a manufacturing environment, ideally within compressor, HVAC, refrigeration, or related industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, as well as auditing and corrective action methodologies.
