In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Define and ensure execution of the master production plan
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs): OEE, productivity, scrap, labor efficiency
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
- Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction strategies
- Optimize utilization of labor, equipment, and materials
- Coordinate cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical production issues
- Promote a strong culture of safety, operational discipline, and manufacturing excellence.
- Strategic thinker, capable of analyzing problems and performing root cause analysis to ensure proper follow-up.
- Support and responsibility for the Quality Management System within the operation.
- Experience working under ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Ability to effectively coordinate personnel and develop high‑performing teams, with strong delegation and resource management skills.
- Conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability to change.




- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to supervise multiple production lines or machines.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in similar positions, metalworking and mechanical processes, and the startup and transfer of assembly lines and/or CNC equipment.
- Intermediate–Advanced English
