To achieve consistent quality and efficiency based on data e.g. (Scientific molding methodology).* Keep up date all Process documentation,



establish optimized settings, continuous improvement.* Provide technical leadership to molding technicians.* Core tools up dating (PFMA, Control plan), CQI-23, CQI-20.* New tools & Equipment validation process.* Experience in Automotive industry (desirable).The experience we’re looking to add to our team:* Intermediate English.* Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Plastics Engineering, or related field.* Establish and maintain process parameters to achieve consistent quality and efficiency.* Analyze root causes of defects (e.g., warpage, short shots, flash) and implement corrective actions.* Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.* Work with mold makers and maintenance teams to ensure proper mold design and upkeep.* Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to improve cycle times and reduce costs.* Maintain knowledge of leading-edge processing techniques an
