Product Engineering Manager (Embedded / Systems)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly capable Product Engineering Manager for a global manufacturing client to lead the development and integration of embedded systems within complex hardware products. This role is responsible for overseeing cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines, and driving the successful execution of product development initiatives from concept through production. The idóneo candidate brings a strong background in embedded systems and product engineering,



combined with leadership experience in dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing or technology environments.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.

• Master’s degree is preferred.

Requirement

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in product engineering, embedded systems, or related engineering roles.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial position.

• Strong experience working with embedded systems (firmware, hardware-software integration).

• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.

• Experience in product development lifecycle from concept, design, validation, to production.

• Background in manufacturing environments, preferably in automotive, aerospace, electronics, or industrial equip
