Job DescriptionThe following activities need to be reviewed by a QMPP. Ensure compliance with customer requirements such as IATF, PPAP, APQP, 8D, Failure Analysis reports, etc.



Participates in maintaining good customer relationship exercising effective communication. To coordinate all activities before and after SOP related to customer requirements ensuring customer satisfaction and green scorecard (quality/logistics) within plant level. Drive escalation to BU, R&D; or other central function (if needed).
Ensure awareness of customer quality requirements and proactively progress toward achievement throughout the organization:
- Communicate general customer topics to core teams
- Medium/Advanced knowledge of customer tools and processes
- Collect the General Customer Requirements, including all changes
- Under supervision, coordinate implementation in the plant of the General Customer Requirements
- Asses the correct implementation of the General Customer Requirements
- Usage of applicable corporate procedures like P 80.1 Product Integrity, CAP0100096-01 Analysis and Documentation of PI-Concerns, CAP0800029-02 customer complaint
