What you'll doThe Account Executive (AE)



is a highly motivated self-starter responsible for developing and closing new business or expanding existing accounts within the SMB segment. AEs focus on acquiring new customers or selling additional use cases, products, and services into current accounts. They are accountable for exceeding quotas, proactive deal management, forecast accuracy, and driving adoption and usage with customers and prospects in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
This position reports to the Manager, SMB.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales quotas to support company goals
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting within the SMB or Mid-Market segment
- Deliver customized sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone and online
- Negotiate enterprise-level proposals and contracts
- Forecast sales activity and revenue accurately using sales tools
