Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to expecting massive ramp ups of growth at an operational facility in Cienega de Flores Industrial Park.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).




- Ability to adapt quickly to change and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Validated US Tourist Visa for travel.

Principal Accountabilities

• Partner with HR and departmental leaders to develop and implement hiring strategies.

• Manage the expectations of hiring managers, understanding our business and why people love our company. F amiliarity with a matrix environment.

• Work closely with our team to enhance existing programs and implement an innovative strategy to find top-tier, diverse talent.

• Create exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers.

• Source qualified candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job posting sites, resume databases, job fairs, conferences, and other mediums/resources.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and provide recommendations of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

• Coordinate candidate interviews and debriefings, ensuring an updated and accurate recruitment tracker.
