Key Account Manager (KAM Jr) – OXXO Account
The Key Account Manager (KAM Jr) for the OXXO account is responsible for supporting the strategic management and development of the cookie category within one of our most important convenience accounts. This role involves executing commercial strategies, monitoring key performance indicators, negotiating and ensuring profitability, and working closely with internal and external teams to achieve sales and distribution goals.

How You Will Contribute
- Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels, focusing on building key relationships within the customer.
- Execute the customer strategy and ensure delivery of the Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP).
- Optimize the use of resources to increase profitability.
- Generate, propose, and execute the specific commercial strategy for the cookie category within the OXXO account.
- Identify growth and development opportunities for the cookie category aligned with company and client objectives.




- Collaborate actively with the portfolio team to cross‑align accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitor and ensure company profitability in the OXXO account through efficient resource management and negotiations.
- Review and analyze inventory levels at distribution centers and OXXO stores, proposing actions to optimize supply and avoid stockouts or excess.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Supply Chain to guarantee product availability.
