Accounts Receivable Manager – Americas
Location: Querétaro, Mexico.

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager who will lead the Accounts Receivable function across the Americas, with enterprise‑wide ownership of credit and collections policies, processes, and performance. The position will oversee a centralized team,



partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders and regional leaders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance cash flow, strengthen controls, and improve operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the Accounts Receivable function across the Americas, driving operational strategy, priorities, and performance to support business growth and financial objectives.
- Oversee enterprise‑wide credit policies, customer creditworthiness decisions, and collections strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce risk.
- Identify trends, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to continuously improve AR processes, controls, and service delivery.
- Partner closely with Treasury to deliver accurate cash forecasts, trend analysis, and insights that support enterprise liquidity planning.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a high‑performing collections team while fostering accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
