Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the R&D; team in industrial and product design, driving innovation and developing high‑quality, market‑responsive products.
- Oversee the design process to ensure excellence in form, proportion, and aesthetics; apply CMF expertise for visual appeal and market relevance.
- Conduct structural research and experiments to enhance functionality and performance; develop and test prototypes with strong hands‑on skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and engineering to align product development with company goals; mentor the R&D; team to foster innovation.
- Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English for clear collaboration and reporting with international teams.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in industrial or product design (office furniture design preferred); strong ability to assess product form, proportion, and aesthetics.
- Deep understanding and experience in CMF application; passion for structural research and prototyping with excellent hands‑on skills.
- Proven team management and leadership experience with strong team‑building abilities.
