You’ll be responsible for leading the regional strategy, governance, and execution agenda for the Enjoyment portfolio, leveraging consumer insights and cross-functional collaboration to deliver sustainable growth, maximize business performance, and create long-term value across the LATAM region. This role is based in Querétaro, Mexico and plays a critical role in aligning brand, portfolio, communication, and scalable regional initiatives across multiple markets.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing
- Regional Brand Strategy Leadership: Build and lead the LATAM portfolio strategy aligned with growth, profitability, and category objectives while developing annual brand plans that support commercial and financial goals.
- Consumer & Market Insights: Analyze consumer, shopper, customer, and market trends to identify growth opportunities, portfolio gaps, and actionable strategies that strengthen brand performance.




- Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with Innovation, Insights, and Category teams to ensure flawless execution of regional initiatives while aligning stakeholders across multiple markets and functions.
- Portfolio Performance Management: Monitor portfolio performance, market share, penetration, profitability, and business success metrics, identifying risks and developing mitigation plans to deliver results.
- Innovation & Growth Enablement: Provide strategic guidance to innovation teams, champion consumer-centric decision making, and translate integral and regional strategies into effective market execution plans.

We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Commercial roles within FMCG or similar industries.
