This role is instrumental in maintaining sales efficiency, accuracy of data, and alignment with brand and regional strategies.Key Responsibilities: Sales Operations & Performance Analysis* Make replenishment proposals to Sales teams and customers to optimize product availability.* Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs at the customer level to track business performance.* Identify and assess growth opportunities and risks across accounts and regions.* Prepare and distribute Weekly Sales / OOR (Order on Request) Reports for management review.* Handle ad hoc requests and provide timely support to the General Manager and sales leadership.Sell-Out & Reporting* Collect, clean, consolidate,



and report weekly sell-out data to ensure accuracy and relevance.* Develop and maintain sell-out reporting tools for internal and management use.* Address internal data and reporting inquiries efficiently.Assortment & Product Management* Categorize SKUs based on strategic importance and sales performance.* Collaborate with regional teams to define assortments aligned with brand direction and market needs.* Monitor ABC classification changes to ensure key SKUs remain active and properly supported.* Participate in AOP/LE1/LE2/Forecast reviews and upload data in WdaP along with Best Estimates.Product Launches & Training* Support product launch preparation, including selection definition and timing.* Define launch quantities and phasing in collaboration with Business Analysts and Sales teams, ensuring budget alignment.* Participate in and coordinate training sessions related to product or sales initiatives.Systems & Master Data M
