The OpportunityAs a Relationship Manager on our Partner Success team, you’ll be the main point of contact for RedFynn partners, helping them succeed in offering our full suite of business solutions,



from payment processing and POS systems to SaaS and reputation management tools.
You’ll focus on creating strong, long-term relationships by offering proactive support, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and experiences. This is a great role for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting others, and being part of a collaborative FinTech environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage partner inquiries via phone, chat, and support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, understanding their goals and helping them succeed with RedFynn’s solutions.
- Educate partners on merchant statements, pricing models, POS systems, and other software offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Support, Product, and Operations to address partner needs and enhance processes.
