Because of your dedication, internal stakeholders will receive timely, high-quality administrative support, allowing our teams to operate seamlessly and focus on driving strategic business goals.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, regional leadership, external vendors, and legal partners, taking ownership of key administrative processes, vendor coordination, and internal communications, helping us move toward a more efficient and collaborative future.
What You’ll Be Doing




- Provide attentive support to internal users, ensuring prompt resolution and a high standard of customer service.
- Support administrative processes, including managing office supplies, coordinating corporate visits, and handling facility-related services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, legal partners, and external vendors on contract administration, travel expenses, and corporate credit card processes.
- Use your organizational and communication skills to coordinate events, integration activities, and continuous improvement projects.
- Continuously learn and share knowledge to enhance how we operate and serve our internal customers across the SSC Americas.
