Position Summary
The ServiceNow Senior Developer is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role involves advanced customization, integration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow environment, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business requirements. The Senior Developer will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and provide technical leadership to junior developers.

ServiceNow Development and Customization
- Design, develop, and implement complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automations.
- Perform advanced customization of the ServiceNow platform, including UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and script includes.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other integration methods.




- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Technical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior ServiceNow developers.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and consistency.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and technologies.

Collaboration And Communication
- Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, weekly stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
