Amazon Payments is seeking a high‑energy Program Manager to lead transformative initiatives in our Latin America Payments Business Operations team. You’ll manage end‑to‑end payment reconciliation across Brazil and Mexico, supporting billions in transactions across all payment processors while driving strategic improvements to our customer experience.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Oversee financial controllership, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting by collaborating with accounting and tax teams across Brazil and Mexico markets

- Develop and implement financial controls and risk management strategies to ensure regulatory and internal compliance while identifying operational gaps in new offerings
