Troubleshoots equipment problems and process problems. Installs new equipment and documents all process signals and corresponding corrective action.Essential job functions:1. Primary Responsibilities:a. Oversee/Manage your specific shifts . Assure plant floor is operating at peak productivity, as exhibited by:Ø A safe, clean and accident free environment.Ø Thorough and quick mold changes.Ø Successful startup,



bucket length and shutdown quality.Ø Maximize the shifts GPPH (good parts per hour) output.Ø Assure thorough parting line cleanings are performed at least once per shift, more depending on thespecific product.Ø Assure product quality through the use of machine process limits, machine auto reject alarms, andpart inspection to the control plan. This is accomplished through the use of:1. Strict adherence to the First and Last Shot Check sheet.2. Control Plan Checks, with Quality Reporting via Attribute or Variable Data Systems.3.
