We are seeking an Admissions Advisor with experience in educational institutions and a strong service-oriented mindset. The idóneo candidate enjoys building relationships with families and providing personalized follow-up to achieve successful enrollment outcomes.
You will be responsible for guiding families throughout the entire admissions process, ensuring a warm, organized, and timely experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily follow-up with prospective families until enrollment is completed.
- Deliver clear and compelling information about the school’s educational programs.
- Coordinate campus tours, interviews,



and assessments.
- Maintain updated records in the CRM system and student files.
- Support promotional and student recruitment events.
- Follow up on administrative requirements and pending items.
- Generate basic progress and admissions reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in admissions or sales within educational institutions (required).
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Effective communication.
- Service-oriented attitude.
