About The Role
As a Category Manager – Packaging, you will lead the integral sourcing strategy for the packaging category, driving supplier performance, innovation, and cost competitiveness across Carrier's business. Working closely with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, you will develop long-term supplier partnerships, support New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives, and ensure a resilient, high-performing supply base that enables business growth and operation
