Job Description
The Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) is a results-driven sales professional with in-depth knowledge. This field-based sales role focuses on selling aftermarket parts, maintenance contracts, service and repair solutions. PSSR acts as a technical advisor to help clients maximize machine uptime and reduce owning and operating costs, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory. The PSSR works closely with Service Managers to develop proposals, follow up on opportunities, and support both new and existing accounts. This position is based in Mexico and reports to the Director of Product Support.

Responsibilities
- Customer Consultations: Visit client jobsites to assess equipment health, identify wear patterns, and recommend the right replacement parts or service solutions.
- Sales Generation: Promote preventative maintenance agreements (PMAs), crane/component rebuilds (Encore), and specialized product support programs.




- Perform inspections on cranes as requested by customers and/or insurance companies; complete inspections on time and discuss results with customers. Compile and prepare lists and labor estimates for quotes. Provide customers with technical support; provide operator and maintenance orientation on new equipment; ensure scheduled maintenance is performed in a timely manner.
- Quote & Order Management: Generate quotes for in-house or field repairs, track orders, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Data Tracking: Manage customer records, equipment data, and sales pipelines using CRM platforms.

Required Education And Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the heavy construction equipment industry.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in parts, service, or aftermarket support.
