We are currently seeking a Business Sys. Analysis Advisor to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Windchill PLM Business Analyst (Remote)
- 7+ years of overall experience in Windchill PLM application i.e implementing, configuring, and optimizing PTC Windchill PLM solutions
- Strong Experience in PTC Windchill PDMLink, Option & Variants, MPM Link, Workflow, OIR, InfoEngine Task customization & configuration.
- Strong experience in gathering business requirements, manage change workflows, and map Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities to business needs
- Strong experience to Conduct workshops and document user stories, functional specifications, and business processes
- Define and configure Windchill workflows, lifecycles, and CAD/ERP integrations, prioritizing OOTB solutions over customization
- Proven experience with PTC Windchill (PDM, PLM),



including BOM management and Change management.
- Excellent documentation skills (user stories, functional specs) and process mapping capability.
- Develop test plans, execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate system functionality.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related
