you will lead the country organization through the next phase of growth, professionalization, and organizational development. You will hold full responsibility for the country P&L;, commercial performance, operational execution, compliance, andpeopleleadership.
Your mission is to strengthen AT-PAC’s position in the Mexican market by expanding the customer base, increasing profitable and recurring business, improving market penetration, and building a scalable local organization. The role requires a strong balance of strategic direction, hands‑on commercial leadership, operational discipline, and cultural development.
