Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Operations Trainee to join our Technology and User Support team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills while supporting critical IT operations in Mexico and contributing to global IT initiatives.

The successful candidate will work on-site to provide technical support to users and assist with day-to-day IT operations activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Support: Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist with desktop, laptop, and mobile device troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Support printer, scanner, and other peripheral device setup and maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and report any irregularities to senior team members.
- Respond to help desk tickets and user requests in a timely manner.
- Assist users with software installations, updates, and configurations.




- Provide basic training to users on standard software applications and IT policies.
- Document and track all support activities and resolutions.
- Help maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment.
- Participate in system updates and patch management activities.
- Collaborate with international IT teams on cross-functional projects.
- Support integral IT initiatives and standardization efforts.
- Assist with documentation and process improvement activities.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Recent graduate preferred.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1).
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Basic understanding of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common business application
