Business Systems Analyst – Guadalajara North
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager the Business Systems Analyst role involves:
Typical day looks like
- Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency
- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems – including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation
- Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder‑ready deliverables
- Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status
- Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user‑centric design to ensure smooth adoption
- Execute General IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables
Experience we’re looking to add to our team
- Intermediate English
- Bachelor's degree (Graphic Design, IT, or related field)
- Experience with computerized databases, supply chain management, and process guidelines
- Proficiency in design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and UX/UI prototyping
- SharePoint content design and management
- Troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and creative conceptualization skills
