We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support the planning, documentation, validation, and delivery of our .NET and Angular applications.

This role is focused on working closely with business users, developers, and QA team members to define clear requirements, review tickets, manage QA readiness, create test cases, and ensure development work is properly validated before release.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with both business and technical teams, and able to translate business needs into clear tickets, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria. This role may also assist with API, UI, and automated testing efforts using tools such as Playwright, but the primary focus is QA analysis, ticket coordination, documentation, and test coverage.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with business users to clarify requirements, refine tickets, and validate expected behavior.
- Review tickets during the development process to ensure they contain clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and testing expectations.




- Manage and organize QA ticket queues to help keep work moving through development, testing, and release.
- Identify when tickets are blocked, missing information, or need additional business or developer clarification.
- Create and maintain clear ticket documentation, test notes, acceptance criteria, and QA findings.
- Develop reusable manual test cases for regression, smoke, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Work with developers to identify high-value test scenarios early in the development process.
- Execute test cases and document results clearly in Jira or other test management tools.
- Report defects with clear reproduction steps, expected results, presente results, screenshots, logs, or supporting data when applicable.
- Maintain and extend existing manual and automated test case documentation.
