Your Role
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production process to ensure that products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and on time. Production Supervisors are essential to maintaining safe operations and supporting the success of direct labor teams.

What You Will Do
- Direct daily activities according to process sheets, work instructions, customer specifications, engineering drawings, and other requirements.
- Ensure that all production activities are accurately reflected in SAP.
- Request and manage production reports and work-in-process (WIP) tracking.
- Request and coordinate overtime for direct labor as needed.
- Maintain a safe work environment and hold employees accountable for following safe work practices.
- Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel; achieving results, setting priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving issues, and reporting process flow results in shift production summaries.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, completed.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, require
