As a Sr. Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing infrastructure hardware programs and driving product readiness across multiple stakeholders. In this role, you will:
- Lead Data Center and infrastructure hardware programs from qualification through mass production ramp.
- Coordinate activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and OEM partners.
- Manage product roadmaps, schedules, milestones, risks, and program dependencies.
- Drive readiness for new hardware configurations and infrastructure platform releases.
- Establish governance, reporting, and tracking mechanisms for active product programs.
- Ensure alignment between technical teams and manufacturing organizations to support successful program execution.
- Support supplier readiness, sourcing enablement, and ongoing product evolution initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and decision-making across integral cross-functional teams.




- Monitor program health and proactively mitigate execution risks.
- Manage multiple hardware platform programs simultaneously within a fast‑paced environment.

Perfil buscado
The successfull Sr. Project Manager will manage infrastructure hardware programs and driving product readiness across multiple stakeholders. In this role, you will:
- Bring proven experience in Hardware NPI, Program Management, and Product Lifecycle Management.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Data Center Infrastructure, Hardware Platforms, and Manufacturing Operations.
- Possess experience working directly with OEMs, suppliers, contract manufacturers, and sourcing organizations.
- Show a successful track record leading cross‑functional teams through complex hardware development and ramp activities.
- Apply strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Be capable of influencing technical and business teams without direct reporting
