Job Description:
Job OverviewThe HR Systems and Workforce Analytics teams manage TE's HR Technology. They build, implement and continuously improve global HR systems, data, reporting and analytics platform. They also develop custom reports to meet business requirements, monitor HR systems and analytics needs and provide technology and analytics solutions by designing new or modifying existing systems.
Job Requirement
- Supporting and maintaining of various HRIS procedures and prepares routine reports.
- Providing troubleshooting HRIS support for functional operational issues and discrepancies.
- Providing accurate, consistent and timely responses to routine Reporting, Analytics and HR Systems inquiries.
- Supporting senior team members with data preparation, management, and analysis.

Education/Experience:
- Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent.
