Your role at Baxter Ensure efficient, safe, and optimized warehouse operations by maintaining inventory accuracy, material flow, compliance with quality standards, and driving innovation through digitalization and automation. Lead the warehouse team to achieve SQDCI (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory)

What You'll Be Doing
- Inventory & Material Control: Maintain inventory accuracy (>98%) through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy analysis. Ensure proper ERP transactions (SAP or equivalent) for material movements, transfers, and adjustments. Oversee materials in transit, kanban areas, and transfer zones.
- Warehouse Operations: Define methods for receiving, storing, identifying, and distributing materials to production areas. Maintain shipping system integrity (standard cost, inventory, documentation). Manage stock levels, delivery times, transportation costs, and operational efficiency.
- Innovation, Digitalization & Automation: Lead projects to implement automated and digital systems for storage, distribution, and material control. Promote Lean tools (Andon, Kanban, Min/Max, Double Bin) and visual manage
